Refund policy

We have a 14 day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

To start a return:

  • You can contact us at jenna@lolliepops.co.uk. Please state your name, order number and reason for return
  • We will send you an email accepting your return. 
  • Post your item back to us Lolliepops, 35 Redwood Park, Coleraine, Co.Londonderry, Northern Ireland BT51 3GH
  • once received we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the original shipping, to the original card used.
  • Alternatively, we can offer you credit to be used on the website. Please mention this when emailing for the return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.

Sale items:

  • Sale items can be refunded/exchanged 7 days after receiving.  Same policies apply as above.

Note:

Lolliepops cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post therefore we recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number. You are responsible for your own postage costs to return items.

Damages and issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
